Always happy. We can especially recommend the lunch menu (see photo) as a very special good value for money. The portions are very large with really fresh steamed vegetables. Also in terms of cleanliness and hygiene, from our point of view, there was no complaint. The prescribed hygiene regulations during the Corona period were also implemented in an exemplary manner in the modern toilets (during our visit in October 2020). In no case should you compare the small restaurant "Tao", which is decorated in black, white and red, with its "Authentic Asian cuisine" with a fast food restaurant. Just try it out yourself.

Outstanding authentic restaurant, everything was delicious. One of the few authentic Chinese restaurants in Germany. Since the dishes are made in-house, they unfortunately do not have everything on the menu, which is not so bad, then we will try more delicacies the next time we visit. The service was also very friendly.

Ordered via Lieferando ... After all, the delivery was fast and the supplier nice ... Unfortunately there are no other words for the food than: expensive garbage. Rice: cold .... chicken and vegetables: cold ... peanut sauce: cold .... spring rolls with chicken .... at least lukewarm and (probably as compensation) half-burnt. Overall an expensive insolence ... ONE OF THE BEST AUTHENTIC CHINA RESTAURANTS IN GERMANY !!!!! First of all, I would like to state that I absolutely cannot understand the 1 * ratings here on Google for the TAO restaurant. I have eaten here at least six times and loved it every time. Delicious and freshly prepared, authentic Chinese food. Price performance is absolutely perfect here. The owner is very nice and it is always a pleasure to talk to her. We usually order from the Chinese special card. Our favorite dishes are the fish pot and the beef pot, both of which taste excellent and very special. You can tell: Cooking is done with love !!! Unfortunately I live almost 300km away otherwise I would come every week. But whenever I am in Hanover and the surrounding area, a meal here is on my program. I can only recommend everyone who likes to eat authentic Asian food to visit the TAO. From the outside inconspicuous but the food was great and the owners very warm. I am looking forward to the next time!!! ***** 5 Stars *****
